(negative reply): You work for a digital marketing firm and one of your client sends you a complaint that their video ad which ran on YouTube was just a placeholder/dummy video and not a real advertisement. After your investigation, you found that both parties are at fault, your campaign team for not checking that the video is not a real advertisement and also the client, since they initially sent us that placeholder/dummy video and told us that they’ll send the real advertisement video later. Now the customer is demanding their money back since their advertisement didn’t run, however the company policy denies you from giving a refund since the team pushed the video provided by the customer.
