Write a function that given a character returns true if it is a letter otherwise returns false

>>> isletter('b')

True >>>

isletter('!')

False

You have to implement this function from scratch, you cannot use the string methods such as: isalpha Test if the function works with one upper case letter, one lower case, one digit and two other type of characters.
