In an informal anonymous survey in a statistics class in October 2004, students were asked:

"Will you vote in the presidential election this November?" Their responses are listed in this table.

a. What percentage answered Yes?

b. What percentage answered No?

c. What percentage answered Unsure?

d. Display the results in a pie chart.

e. A telephone survey of a random sample of 1,202 college undergraduates by Harvard University's Institute of Politics in October 2004 reported that a record high, 84%, would "definitely" be voting in the upcoming presidential election. Does the percentage for the informal survey above come within 10% of Harvard's percentage?

f. Suppose the option "Unsure" had not been provided in the survey, and the students who were unsure all answered "Yes." Draw the pie chart for this scenario and tell how it differs from the original one.
