Respond to Why does success in entrepreneurship seem to be linked to the trade-offs of one's control over the company? Why does it seem that within most successful companies today, the starting founder is now no longer with them, or in control of the direction? It seems as if the days of being a "King" and "Rich" simultaneously are going extinct. On the other hand, Bill Gates stood out to me as someone who has achieved the title of being a "King" and "Rich" entrepreneur. When I think of the future for entrepreneurship, I feel that the chances of such happening are slim to none.
