Mira emailed the above statement to Kiki and asked Kiki to share it to her group of friends. Kiki telephoned Mira at about 3.00 pm on 8 July 2022 and informed her that she wants to buy the car. Kiki wants to inspect the car, but Mira is a bit reluctant to allow her to do that. On 10 July 2022 at about 6.00 pm, Amar, a common friend to both of them, telephoned Mira. He said that he had heard the news about Mira's intention to sell her car, and further told Mira that he is willing to pay her RM91,500.00 for it. Mira told Amar to come over to settle the deposit payment and said "the car is yours!"

1. Kiki claimed that a contract has been concluded between her and Mira, as she had telephoned Mira and informed her that she wanted to buy the car. Was there such contract concluded between them? (Support your answer with relevant authorities).
