One of the top 10 issues on college campuses is lack of adequate parking space . As a result of student complaints, UW Whitewater administration has decided to convert more of its campus space into parking lots.

The two largest spaces on the campus are the Prairie Restoration Area and Nature Trails and the Outdoor Athletic Complex, which includes the track, soccer field, and football practice fields. Obviously this has created a conflict on campus, with various special-interest groups lobbying for the parking lot to be built elsewhere. Using the information provided above, answer the following questions:
