Create a Written Reflection: It must be a minimum of two pages and a maximum of three pages (double-spaced). It must be submitted as a Microsoft Word document. Be sure to separate out each area of learning into separate paragraphs/headings including the final overall reflection on effort.
The following explanation details the requirements of the reflection.
A. Which two areas did you learn the most, what did you learn, and how will it improve your leadership capacity in future organizational leadership roles?
B. Organizational Leadership Acumen (contemporary styles, important skills, behaviors, and characteristics for influence, inspiration, and respect)
C. How People are Motivated (intrinsically and extrinsically)
D. Leading Change (internal and external environments and change models)
E. Decision-making (the formal decision-making process, bias, and gaining diverse perspectives)
F. Ethical Leadership
G. The final paragraph (or part) should speak to your assessment of the effort you applied in the course (required).
H. Some of the following suggestions should be referenced to demonstrate your effort assessment.
