You are looking for a video game system that will allow you to have the most games possible. You have a set budget and you want the highest return on your investment. Using the dataset provided, analyze and develop visualizations in MS Power BI to display the following:
1) Which Platform has the most games (one visualization)
2) Which Platform has the highest critic score (one visualization)
3) Which Genre has the highest critic score (one visualization)
4) Which Game has the highest critic score (one visualization)
5) Which Platform has the highest user score (one visualization)
6) Which Genre has the highest user score (one visualization)
7) Which Game has the highest user score (one visualization)
In addition to Gregory Smith's web scrape of video games sales on VGChartz, this data set extends the number of variables (columns) with another web scrape from Metacritic. Unfortunately, there are missing observations (rows), as Metacritic only covers a subset of the platforms. The variables defined below may not be in all observations. There are 6,900 complete observations. Some of the data definitions are listed below:
1) Critic_score: Aggregate score compiled by Metacritic staff
2) Critic_count: The number of critics who contributed to the Critic_score
3) User_score: Score by Metacritic's subscribers
4) User_count: Number of users who contributed to the User_score
5) Developer: Party responsible for creating the game
Rating: The ESRB rating of the game.
