Chief complaint: Shoulder Pain/Injury A 75-year-old male presents to the Emergency Department. Patient is wheelchair-bound and has had 3 CVAs, which have affected bilateral upper extremities. He does have a history of rotator cuff injury to the left shoulder; his dominant side. He states that he has no pain in the shoulder above baseline, range of motion is chronically limited. Fracture of head of left humerus, Diabetes mellitus with neurologic complication, with long-term current use of insulin, Stroke, and Hypertension are all part of patient's medical history. Patient was sitting in his recliner chair. He was apparently sitting on his control for his chair and caused the chair to tip him out, he fell onto his left shoulder. He has pain with moving the shoulder that is increased from baseline, but denies pain to the shoulder when he is not moving it. He denies hitting his head. He is alert and oriented, remembers the entire incident. He denies pain anywhere else. He is on his last day of nebulizer treatments for a productive cough, states his cough is occasionally productive of a white phlegm. He has had no fevers, he feels well. Patient does have a history of COVID-19 virus
