For the three types of distribution facilities (warehouse, break-bulk, or order fulfillment center) in which would you expect the cost to distribute (on a per unit basis) to be the highest and why? For example, say a company had a warehouse that supplied a break-bulk facility, which then supplied an order fulfillment center, and the total volume in terms of the number of widgets shipped was the same at each (ignore transportation costs and how contrived this example is!).
