a. Evaluation - Why was the person ultimately successful? How was success defined? Connect the leader's success with relevant leadership theory and concepts.

b. Application - Why did you choose the person? What can you learn from them? What do you admire about the person and why? What do you dislike (if anything) about the person and why?

4. Reference List

a. Document your resources in a properly formatted Reference List using Harvard style

b. Ensure in-text references are incorporated into the report
