Assume you plan a demonstration to prove some of the claims you have made for a new riding lawnmower. How would the demonstration differ for each of these three individuals: a person who is very concerned about the environment, an economy-minded person, and a safety-minded person?

When a salesperson gives a presentation, technology (i.e. showing a presentation on a tablet or laptop) can be utilized as a communication tool. Are there times when the use of technology could be detrimental to communication? Provide research to support your views.

In your replies, debate the topic and come together as a group to develop guidelines for how much is enough vs. how much is too much.
