The individual research paper is an opportunity to explore the concept of return on investment in e-marketing.
The report should include detail about current practice in the area of optimisation, e-marketing strategy and measurement. Where possible realistic costing should be obtained from industry sources.
Research for this project will involve secondary sources of information. Secondary sources of information will include undertaking appropriate online research on articles that comment on website ROI.
Visual references should be used where relevant and electronic files are made as small as possible. Do not include images or graphics for interest only; they must contribute to the discussion and critique of the topic.
