Question: Imagine you manage the social media account for a local restaurant, including responding to Yelp reviews. This new review came in and it's less than ideal, but you know that responding in a timely manner is still necessary. Using what you've learned in the chapters, write & submit your reply to this review. The space is pretty cool and a solid choice for getting a few drinks but the food is really not up to snuff. We got the lumpia, pacific pasta, testaburger, and pulled pork sandwich. It's not that the food was horrendous it was just not very good. You leave the place not very satisfied and feeling a sense of what i call the "In N Out remorse." That's when you paid more than you would have liked for food that was just not very good or satisfying...and you really wished you just went to In N Out instead.
