Total Quality Management is a way for the company to improve its sustainability, reduce production time, lower costs, and increase product demand. You have now completed Round 4 with Total Quality Management as a component. Based on the implementation of TQM in Round 4, write a 2 - 3 page report that you would show to management regarding the TQM strategies that you used, which initiatives you invested in, and how that turned out in regard to success for the year. If you had one strategy during Round 4 and it did not work, what would you change for Round 5 to make it more successful?
