Priscilla is a case manager for an emergency housing service in the Northern suburbs of Sydney. As is often the case, she has many more clients in need than housing options on her books. This morning, Priscilla is meeting with a new client, Anjelica. Anjelica arrives with her child Zephyr, who is four years old. Both are dressed well, and the little boy is quiet and well-behaved.
