Assignment: The Perfect eProduct

Background

In the early days of e-commerce, some companies believed they could not sell certain products on the Internet. No one would purchase clothes, for example, because shoppers would want to handle the merchandise and try on garments for size. However,

This was never really true for clothing. Various merchants have been selling clothing via direct mail catalog for over seventy-five years. The challenge for these types of products was shipping.

It is pretty obvious that digital goods and services make the ultimate eProduct. But what would happen if you had to develop a product or service that was not digital?

In a 1000-1,500-word paper, describe what would be the perfect non-digital (no software, music, video) product to market via e-commerce. You should include a description of the product and at least five traits that makes this the perfect eProduct. This should be substantiated with research. You should also include some preliminary thoughts on ways to market it.
