Overall, what was your capstone experience like?

Overall, the experience was frustrating. Once my company started to decline it became a downward spiral from one round to the next. I took an aggressive approach to try to recover and in the end lost more money and confidence of my stock holders. It is very embarrassing. However, it did teach me that this is why not just one person makes all the decisions for a company.
