Case: As part of the new strategy, management knew the business would have to shrink; in fact, they planned to close the two least unprofitable offices within a year (the company had 8 offices across the three countries in 2018). They also decided to shift the mix of their business, with an expectation that business consulting and systems integration grow from 10% of revenues in 2018 to 75% of revenues by 2022. DigiTransHealth's parent company, Aaker Enterprises, gave their tick of approval to the new strategy and was willing to make a million-dollar investment to move things forward.
