Think about an organization that you have worked for or one with which you are very familiar. Based on what you have learnt so far, discuss the following as it pertains to that organization:
A. What managerial strategy should they be following, given their contextual variables?
B. Based on their managerial strategy, what types of employee behaviors are most important to them?
What types of things, if any, have they incorporated into their compensation strategy that would help promote this desired behavior(s)?
