Your upper management has some issues with the current employee work hours. They want the production line to be up and running 24 hours a day for six days a week rather than only 16 hours. They have asked you to select appropriate members from each division within the production department to form a team to come up with a plan to present to management for this new prospective shift work. The team will consist of five peers from various divisions and they will be given guidelines from upper management for the required end result of the shift changes. What type of team is this?
