Studies have shown that there is not a "one size fits all" physical activity/nutrition plan for people. Some people do better on vegan diets, while other people do well on low-carb/high fat etc. Some people need more cardiovascular activity, while others need more resistance training. For this reflection, I want you to think about what type of physical activity/nutrition plan works best for you. Why do you think this plan does/would work so well for you? Are there some physical activity/nutrition plans you would like to try (or know that you will never try)? What is it about those plans that draw you to them or make them unappealing?
