Kenneth is injured when he slips and falls on a wet floor inside Wawa. The Wawa workers failed to clean up the floor after a terrible rain storm and did not place any "caution" signs or carpets on the floor. As a result of the fall, Kenneth suffered a broken ankle which required surgery and missed 3 weeks of work. He also might need surgery in the future. He experienced severe pain that has not completely resolved. His medical bills to date total $20,000 and continue to mount. What type(s) of damages will he likely receive?
