Martha once operated a tea room at 123 Maple Street, but she closed the business several years ago and the building is in great disrepair. She has attempted to sell it but no one seems to want it.

Even though the tea room was closed, Martha continued to pay the premiums on the property insurance for the building. Last month Martha poured gasoline around the building, threw a match on the gasoline, and the building burned to the ground.
