Simple Stucture- a nonelaborate stucture, low in complexity, with little formalization, and with authority centralized in a single person; a "flat" organization with only 2 to 3 levels.
Functional Structure- an organization in which similar and related occupational specialities are grouped together.
Divisional Structure- an organization made up of self-contained units.
Matrix Structure- a structure that weaves together elements of functional and product departmentalization, creating a dual chain of command.
Team-based Structure- An organization that consisted entirely of workgroups, or teams.
