Problem: Reflection and Self-Development Plan
This is a five-to-seven-page (approximately) paper reflecting on what you learned from the course (and other relevant experience with international business, broadly defined) and then using this to set yourself a few goals going forward. (Your success at these, of course, you will have to evaluate, not in this course but in due course.) It should focus on these two or three aspects of your development as a globally-competent business professional.
In your introduction, make links with your own specific experience and interests, as well as the readings, concepts and material covered in the course and class discussions. Try to draw implications (lessons learned, ah-ha's, so what's) for your own development that matter to you and that you would genuinely like to apply going forward. What assumptions, thought processes, and/or behaviors relating to international business you would like to change or improve, and why? Reflect on and explain these various lessons-including any of your own relevant experiences-and then use these to set out your two or three development goals.
In the main body of the paper, devote one section to each of your goals and address the following:
A. What steps you will take to make this happen-where, when, how, and (if applicable) with whom?
B. What you will need to bring this about-time, resources, context, social support, feedback, etc.
C. How and when you will measure your progress? Get the instant assignment help.
You should be able to use this going forward, so you will be the ultimate judge of its value-but I will be looking for specific goals and steps, systemic thinking, and integration of lessons from the course, as well as an appropriate set of measures (not necessarily quantitative, but clear) for assessing your progress. Clarity and good proofreading are also essential.
