Slick's juvenile records includes possession of drug paraphernalia at age 15 and felony possession of drugs at age 17.
Slick's adult records include felonious assault at age 21. He was placed on probation for 2 years after serving 6 months in jail. He completed probation successfully but had frequent drug issues.

Question 2: Lets assume the following as part of our discussion.

Breaking and entering is punishable by a term of prison ranging from 6 months to up to 24 months.
Possession of criminal tools is punishable by a term of prison ranging from 6 months up to 7 months.
Both prison terms can run concurrently or consecutively at the judge's discretion.
For both charges, Slick is eligible to be place on community control (probation) instead of being sent to prison at the judge's discretion.
