I studied Hotel and Tourism Management as an undergraduate and majored in restaurant management and food service. During my undergraduate studies, I took several restaurant management and food program courses at the University of Guelph and was involved in project management and business operations. This experience has honed my restaurant operation ability and problem-solving ability of the restaurant, because my team members and I cooperated to create two main courses with our own restaurant theme and non-alcoholic drinks prepared by ourselves. When we opened and sold the restaurant, Customers are satisfied with our dishes and drinks and get good ratings in the marketing and there is not much food waste due to the fast selling out.
