Openness: When do you feel the most open to being authentic? What people or situations make you feel alive? Alternatively, when do you feel drained?
Respect: Think about who you admire the most and why. This can clue you into values you may share with people you admire.

Create a Likert-scale self-assessment tool to help you evaluate the degree to which your career and potential entrepreneurial business interests align with these values. Develop five to 10 "yes or no" questions and answer them.
