Case Study: This assessment is designed to help you identify and develop responsible leadership skills. You are required to analyze, evaluate and construct arguments for the social impact of innovations in fashion design and artwork.

As the founder of an indigenous fashion business, you will propose a responsible fashion business initiative to promote social change. You are required to demonstrate how your initiative can ignite social change through the indigenous Australian fashion industry.

You will produce a report containing a powerful and convincing argument demonstrating responsible leadership action in the indigenous fashion business for social change. The sources for this project will include lecture and tutorial content, media reports and other secondary data publicly available on fashion business. The report must contain the following sections:

1. A brief introduction outlining the key facts of your proposed business initiative and the founder's (your) leadership qualities.

2. An analysis of the issues involved in developing and implementing your indigenous fashion business initiative. The following questions are designed to stimulate your thinking:
