N. What talents do I have that no one else really knows about?

O. Though I may have dismissed such thoughts many times before for various reason, are there things I feel I really should do? What are they?

4. Spiritual

A. What are my spiritual needs and capacities?

B. How satisfied am I with my current level of fulfillment in the spiritual area?

C. What quality of life results do I desire that are different from what I now have in this area?

D. What principles will create those results?

5. Integrative Questions:

A. Where do I see my physical, social, mental, and spiritual needs and capacities overlapping?

B. What are my important roles in my life?

C. What are the most important lifetime goals I want to fulfill in each role?

D. What results am I currently achieving in my life that I like?

E. What paradigms (mental models, perspectives) are producing those results?

F. What results am I currently getting in my life that I do not like?

G. What paradigms are producing those results?

H. What paradigms would produce better results?

I. What would I really like to be and to do in my life?

J. What are the important principles upon which my being and doing are based?

6. Core Values Questions:

A. Take the time to write down a comprehensive list of your values. Some examples could include:

j. Etc.

B. Identify your top 5 values. How do they relate to the four fundamental areas of human fulfilment addressed above (i.e., physical, social, mental, spiritual)?

C. What principles will produce the values on my final list of values?

Using all of this information, develop a one paragraph Personal Mission Statement which outlines what is most important to you in life.

Based on this Personal Mission Statement, develop a plan of action for how you will try to accomplish this over the next 5-10 years. What is your very first step and when will you take that step?
