Briefly discuss the likelihood of these individuals starting their own business. Describe what makes them more or less likely to be an entrepreneur.

1. Joe is a 45-year-old male, never married. He worked in many different jobs across several industries over the last 20 years after graduating from university. His old bosses and colleagues describe him as a fast learner and self-starter. However, he doesn't work well with others, he especially does not like following other's directions. He was recently laid off from his last job.

2. Tracy is a 30-year-old female married with one child. She studied music at University although never worked in the filed. Her mother inherited a troubled family business when Tracy was very young, but successfully turned it around and made it one of the most successful one in the industry. Tracy was at the family business a lot while growing up, and worked there part-time during the high school years.

3. Jason is a 26-year-old high school dropout. He worked in the construction industry since 19. He has been described as a very hard worker and a very friendly person. He built and maintained many relationships with customers, former bosses/colleagues, and suppliers. He is also involved in several professional associations in the industry.
