1. What is your interest in hospitality business?

• How did this interest develop? Who/what influenced your decision to major in Hospitality Business and to pursue a career in the hospitality industry?

2. What are your career goals?

• Consider descriptors (include the ones that best suit your selected occupation) such as:
• For what segment of the hospitality industry do you work? What is the name or type of company or organization where do you work?
• What is your position and title?
• What type of work do you perform? What are your duties, responsibilities and assignments/projects?
• To whom do you report and who reports to you?
• With whom do you work? Describe your peers/colleagues.
• Describe a typical work session. Think about the complete session from beginning to end. For example: What does a "typical" work session include - i.e., daily responsibilities, meetings/conferences, lunches, dinners, customer service/interaction, etc.?
