A group of city planners are looking at a 5 mile strip of highway to measure its throughput during rush hour. At any point in that there are 60 cars, on average, on the 5 mile strip and they are moving at an average of 35 miles per hour. What is the throughput rate of cars during rush hour in cars per hour?
