Comment on the following "Ethical Dilemma": what is the studying gender differences and obedience. the obedience of male and female participants is recorded after being given instructions from male vs. female researchers. What would be the disadvantages of being truthful about the real purpose for the study? If deception is used to get the necessary data, do you think this deception is ethical? Why or Why not? In other words, does the end (obtaining the data needed to form a valid conclusion) justify the means (deceptive practices)?
