A preliminary study found that customers arrive at a Poisson rate of 3 per hour. The time required to serve the customer is exponentially distributed with a mean of 15 minutes per customer. You have decided to provide a waiting line of sufficient length such that less than 1% of arriving customers will leave. What is the minimum number of waiting spaces that will satisfy the objective?
