FedUps packages sent from Boston to San Diego are transported as follows: The package is sent first to either Houston or Pittsburgh, then routed through either Phoenix or Kansas City, and finally sent to San Diego. Due to the limitation of truck drivers and truck capacity, there
is a maximum limit on the number of packages between each pair of cities as shown in the table below. FedUps wants to maximize the flow of packages from Boston to San Diego given the routing limitations.
