At a time how many dishes can you make?
How often do you procure the raw materials?
Who keeps tracks of the stocks in the restaurant?
Have you had any instances, where the dining capacity exceeded? If so, what strategy was used to manage it?
What would your advice be to a new restaurant owner regarding the capacity?
