Electronic components are attached to a 2mm thick 10cm square aluminum plate. the back face of the plate has rectangular aluminum fins 25mm long, 0.3 thick at a pitch of 3mm and is cooled by air. if the air is at 20C and the heat transfer coefficient on the fin is 30W/m^2 K. What is the allowable heat dissipation rate if the temperature of the aluminum plate must not exceed 70C use k=180 W/mk for aluminum.
