Pressure in the chamber is responsible for lift, and the craft is 15 by 7 ft. Weight is 2000lbf. Pressure is stagnation pressure (zero velocity) in the chamber and atmospheric at the exit.Air is incompressible and flow is steady and viscous effects are negligible.
