Working in a nonprofit organization is difficult because the mission often exceeds the resources, both fiscal and human, to accomplish the amount of work needed. Also, nonprofits are often staffed and led by people who have a strong calling for the mission but have not had the advantage of the education and training to manage what is often a multi-million dollar corporation.
