Sexual Harassment - Unethical & Costly?

Sexual harassment is described as being illegal, unethical and immoral.

For example, in terms of direct and residual impact it costs organizations millions of dollars, impacts mental health, causes decreased productivity, creates turnover and causes additional collateral damage that is systemic and sustainable.

In this paper must intersect substantive answers to the following questions:
