By this point, the basics of emotional intelligence should be clear. However, there is much more to this aspect of the brain and the impact it makes on daily life. Throughout the day, decisions must be made. Decisions can be easy, hard, expected, or unexpected. Some can be simple, and others may be a life or death decision. Within the chapter this week, the fight or flight response was discussed. Take some time to do some extra research on the fight or flight response, so you have a good understanding of it.

1-Think of an example that you have experienced that triggered the fight or flight response.

2-Describe your experience (the example), and give as much detail behind what triggered the response.

3-Describe how you could have changed your response now having a better understanding of the fight or flight response, and emotional intelligence.
