At a different emergency room (ER), patients arrive at a rate of 3.9 per hour. The triage nurse takes exactly 8.4 minutes to perform intake for each patient (after which they still may have to wait for a while to see a physician). Assume all patients must be processed by the triage nurse, and that there is only one triage nurse on duty at a time. Also assume the inter-arrival times are exponentially distributed.
