Carol informed you that the upcoming Assessment and Rating visit will focus on Quality Area 4 and Quality Area 7. She has asked you to work with the new trainees to explore the NQS, "Element 4.2.1 Professional collaboration | Management, educators and staff work with mutual respect and collaboratively, and challenge and learn from each other, recognising each other's strengths and skills." Carol needs you to work with the trainees to gather data, analyse it - ready to use for updating the Quality Improvement Plan .

In preparation, Carol has asked you to summarise the key points for this process and share what you'll discuss with the new trainees about what is expected. She wants them to feel confident about collaborating with stakeholders and know what is expected of them
