He feels the room spinning and is having trouble attending school. Physical exam reveals normal tympanic membranes bilaterally, but a hearing loss in his right ear. He passed a prior hearing test 9 months earlier at a well adolescent visit. The remainder of his exam is unremarkable. What is a diagnosis that must be considered in this presentation?
