Question: 29 year old in ED after motorcycle accident. Physical examination revealed mild facial abrasions, a GCS of 11, cerebral spinal fluid otorrhea on the left. computed tomography of the head shows a subarachnoid hemorrhage. Previous medical records indicate history of smoking, depression and hyperlipidemia. Does not open eyes spontaneously but open them slowly upon command. flexes upper and lower extremities.Able to state name but not able to state date of birth, location or day. Does not remember accident. Patient pulse is 40 bpm, Blood pressure 174/108, cheyne stokes respirations of 12. Oxygen of 88% on 4 L.
