People will do something in their self interest. As a matter of fact, a marketplace economy depends on "self interest" to function. What would our economy be like now if individuals were not concerned with material things and financial wealth? What if we simply bartered for all? Would our economy grow?

With that said, is pursuit of ALL self interest in a contract unethical and if not, at what point does it become unethical?
