Some of you may consider becoming a manager. Some of you may be thrown into the position for your loyalty. The question is, are you a good manager because you have worked for the organization for a long time? If it hasn't occurred to you, it is very difficult to manage people. We have a variety of races, language barriers, technology issues, age differences, and two (or it is three now) genders to contend with. Imagine being the manager of those things--along with the need to do the job you were hired for.
