A sandwich shop owner takes a daily sample of six consecutive sandwich orders at random times during the lunch rush and records the time it takes to complete each order. Past experience indicates that the process mean should be μ = 85 seconds and the process standard deviation should be σ = 17 seconds. Calculate the center line and control limits for an x¯ control chart.
